$500 intro a building. Or own your market.

Sell it yourself.
Give buyers one link.

$500 one-time. One property, one page, its own web address. Photos, price, size, zoning and your number, open to any buyer, search engine or AI. No broker, no portal account.

Online payment is not live yet. Start the order and we confirm it by call.

Where buyers lose you.

Without a broker your listing is a marketplace post, a PDF in an email and a price someone has to ask for. Serious buyers do not create an account to see it.

Drag the handle. Both sides are mock-ups.

Answer them first.

Buyers ask the same things before they call: price, size, zoning, who to call. Answer them on the page first.

Tap a buyer's question. Mock page, no real property.

What you send. What you get.

Photos, price, size and your number are required. Survey, rent roll, T-12, zoning and the offering memo go on when you have them. Land listings skip interior photos.

This is the real sale checklist from our client portal. Tap items; the page is a mock.

Your address, your page.

The property is the web address. A buyer types it, or taps it in a text, and the whole listing opens on their phone.

Type an address. Watch the page assemble. Nothing is published.

Buyers ask AI now. Can it read your listing?

A page with no login wall is a page a search engine or an AI assistant can open. On Oct. 3, 2026 we pointed our crawlers at two portals and one of our listing pages.

One measured day, shown as an illustration. Access is not a recommendation.

Tested Oct. 3, 2026 with our crawlers. One test, one day. Cause of the refusals unknown; it may be a general bot wall. Being readable is not a recommendation and not a promise of a lead.

The yard sign that opens the page.

A phone number on a yard sign gets a call you have to answer. A code on the sign gets the buyer the whole listing while they are still parked outside.

Scan it with your phone. The sign is a mock-up, the code is real and opens whatever link you type.

Their name on your building.

An owner-user buyer who sees their own name on the building, day and night, is already picturing the move.

Type a company name. Mock-up on a sample photo. Your page can carry this.

Explore the floor plan.

Sample building. Simulated suites and rates.

What $500 is.

Type what the property costs you each month to hold: taxes, insurance, debt, upkeep. The page costs less than a day of it.

Your number, plain arithmetic, nothing stored.

The listing page$500

$500 is 2.3 days of holding it.

Arithmetic only. $6,500 x 12 = $78,000 per year, divided by 365 days or 8,760 hours. Your inputs, nothing else. Not a forecast, and not a promise of a sale.

We build the page. You make the deal. We get eyes on your listing.

We do not represent you, negotiate, or handle contracts or closing.
