These terms apply when you use solutions-imagined.com and the client portal. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Solutions Imagined builds websites for commercial real estate: listing websites and hyperlocal market websites. You can reach us at daniel@solutions-imagined.com.
Using the site
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and only to request or manage our services.
- Do not try to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
- Do not submit false information or upload content you do not have the right to share.
Client portal accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Content you give us
You keep ownership of the details and files you upload. You give us permission to use them to build, review, and publish the website you ask for, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We may remove content that appears to be unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.
Purchases, pricing, and commission splits
Prices shown on this site are current list prices and may change. Online checkout is not yet live. The price, delivery terms, and refund policy that apply to a purchase are the ones shown in the order terms at checkout, before you pay. Listing websites are $500 one-time at the limited intro rate; the standard rate is $1,250 one-time. Hyperlocal AI is $100 total upfront plus a 20% commission split on closed deals. Get the applicable terms in writing before you sign.
Ownership of delivered websites
When we build a website for you, the delivered code and content for that site belong to you once it is paid for, as described in the order terms. Our own tools, templates, and know-how stay ours.
No guarantees
The site and the client portal are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or always available. Case studies and examples describe specific past results and are not a promise of what your site will produce.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Solutions Imagined is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim is about.

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
