This policy explains what Solutions Imagined collects on this site, where it is stored, and how it is used. It is written in plain English and describes what the site actually does today.
What we collect
- When you request a call: your name, email, company, market, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, a preferred time, and a message.
- When you create a client portal account: your email address and a password, or the email address and name shared by Google if you sign in with Google.
- When you use the client portal: the property address, company, contact name and phone, terms and description you enter, and the files you upload (for example floor plans, photos, surveys, flyers, rent rolls, and operating statements).
Where it is stored
Call requests, portal accounts, portal details, and uploaded files are stored in Supabase, a hosted database and file storage provider. Access to that data is restricted to Solutions Imagined.
How we use it
- To respond to your call request and talk with you about our products.
- To build, review, and publish the listing or market website you ask us to make.
- To notify Solutions Imagined when a new request arrives.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Third parties that process data on our behalf
- Supabase, for database storage, file storage, and account login.
- Google, if you choose to sign in to the client portal with your Google account.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Mapbox, which serves the map tiles on pages that show a map and receives your IP address when a map loads.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The client portal uses a login session stored in your browser so you stay signed in.

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email daniel@solutions-imagined.com. We will respond to every request.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
